RIP

Small memorial for my '84 Chevy Caprice, which met an untimely death down in Marion, Ohio when a rear wheel fell off.  If I only knew why...

Okay, it was slightly beat up...

That was a fun ride!   50mph and the rear wheel decides to leave the vehicle.  Apparently it had been loose for awhile, judging by all the witness marks/material transfer on the drum.  Let this be a warning for others... if you try running 5 on 5 bolt pattern wheels on a 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern automobile, things like this might happen to you!
